Caravel Global Consulting was founded by two seasoned professionals with a shared commitment to advancing international cooperation, strategic leadership, and organizational resilience.
Michal Kloeffler-Howard is a retired U.S. Air Force international affairs specialist and public relations executive with over 25 years of experience at the intersection of diplomacy, defense, and strategic communication. She has advised senior U.S. and NATO leadership, shaped multinational security initiatives, and led high-profile public affairs campaigns across Europe, Asia, and the Indo-Pacific. Known for her ability to foster cross-cultural trust and communicate in multiple languages with clarity and impact, Michal brings unparalleled insight into executive coordination, crisis response, and stakeholder engagement in complex global environments.
Bart Howard is a retired U.S. Army officer with over 40 years of leadership in multinational operations, emergency management, and military strategy. He has commanded combat formations, coordinated NATO operations at the highest levels, and served as Chief of Staff in Afghanistan. A published military historian and lecturer, Bart brings a strategic lens informed by history and operational reality. His expertise in contingency planning, coalition coordination, and leadership development helps organizations strengthen preparedness and build capacity for complex challenges.
