Drawing on decades of experience in defense, diplomacy, and public engagement, Caravel brings a unique blend of insight, credibility, and cross-cultural fluency to every client engagement.
Michal Kloeffler-Howard is a retired U.S. Air Force international affairs specialist and strategic communications leader with over 25 years of experience at the nexus of diplomacy, defense, and public engagement. She has advised senior U.S. and NATO leaders, shaped multinational security cooperation initiatives, and directed high-impact communication campaigns across Europe, Asia, and the Indo-Pacific. Fluent in multiple languages and adept at navigating complex political and cultural landscapes, Michal is known for building trust across borders, coordinating executive-level engagement, and driving effective crisis response. Her expertise lies in aligning strategic objectives with clear, credible messaging in the world’s most demanding operational environments.
Bart Howard (Advisor) is a retired U.S. Army officer with over 40 years of experience in multinational operations, emergency management, and military strategy. He has led combat formations, advised NATO’s senior leadership, and shaped contingency planning at the strategic level. A published military historian and sought-after lecturer, Bart offers a strategic perspective grounded in both historical insight and operational reality. His expertise in coalition coordination, crisis response, and leadership development equips organizations to prepare for and manage complex global challenges.
